Location was good but the hotel was mainly used by curatives which is what the French call people who are in need of some kind of healing! They were mainly old. Not a problem with that but just felt a bit out of place. It was a lovely pool and nice breakfast

The hotel was efficient, if a bit impersonal, and its position could hardly be bettered. The hotel restaurant was excellent.
Reception staff were not very friendly or informative. Little helpful information was provided in the room. The room was a bit shabby, but comfortable and clean - and I believe refurbishment is due this winter.

the location and parking facilities are about the only qualities worth mentioning of this hotel.
Service is non-existent, utilities do not function, staff are simply not interested in their guests and very unhelpful, the rooms are gloomy and for the price charged it is clearly misplaced in your ranking. It should be one star with a warning.

It (the hotel) adverts that it has a jacuzzi but it does not. The swimming poll does not work. The furniture is from the 90`s and the carpet in the room look like they are from the 80`s (all torn and shreded). Very, very bad value for money. We payed €79 for one night but I would not have given more than €20 for that hotel nor its rooms. Terrible experiance. The curtains were washed maybe 5 years ago and the room was full of dust. The room was on the West side so the sun was on it the whole afternoon and was very hot. The airconditioning blows only air from the outside and does not blow cool air. Staff were quite uninterested in anything I complained about. We will never book a stay in this hotel again!!!! They cheated us of our money with their false advert which was all lies!!

Title: Great Family Stay in the Heart of Vichy
My children wanted more kid-friendly amenities, such as a playground or a kids' club, to keep them entertained during our stay.

Location. Only.
Yes. I was promised the use of Thermalia complex for 6.5 euro per person. When we arrived we could enter it for free but there is no use in that - they have only cabinets there with expensive procedures which you should book long before hand. The stuff spoke zero English in Thermalia, the complex itself looked like the hospes - lots of 70-80 old people. Only. Waste of money - i would not come there if they told me on the phone that i cannot use the Thermalia.

The bed was comfortable, the room was pretty standard, not luxurious.
I specifically went to the hotel for a comfortable bed and A/C. The A/C was inadequate, and it was too warm to open the window. I was disappointed. I am aware the A/C is not widespread in France. I come often. The heat wave has gone on for some time and I do mind the heat, so I was happy to find a hotel that was indeed Air conditioned. I am not the typical american that must have all the comforts of home. I am living in a studio in Vichy with no fan, so I have gotten along fine. This was just a little weekend treat for myself.

The hotel looks really cheap, I would never go back, the worst is that I have choosen this because of fitness room. But the access to the fitness is 18,5€.
